Painting

We've wanted to paint the inside of our house for a while now, but didn't really get around to picking colours. We finally got some motivation on Sunday and have already started on the kids bedrooms. So far, one down, one to go. Pictures will be up when they're done (and it's daylight to take the photo!).
The kids rooms took priority with baby on the way. We've decided to paint them both the same colour, then it doesn't matter who sleeps in which room. We've picked a colour for the lounge, debating one for the hallway and kitchen and yet to agree on the colour for our bedroom. Ah well, it's further along then we have been....

I agree choosing the colours is the hardest part. Then you paint the walls and rethink your choices! Hope you are feeling well. Lots of love xxx

Can't wait to see the end result! Picking colours is always hard, but at least if they're not so great on the wall you can paint over!!! Love you guys.

Yeah the colour in the can does not look the same as on the wall! I don't love it. Nathan thinks it's alright but it looks too grey to me (supposed to be a real soft brown) and cold.
Perhaps I need to start playing lotto so I can win big and pay someone to come makeover my house!

I tried to take a photo of the dining wall for you (green - lemongrass colour), but it just wouldn't show properly on the camera. Looked cream! Grab a paint sample from Resene.
